Parmesan Pita Chips Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 10-piece package small pita breads
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a jellyroll pan and set aside. Cut each pita in quarters, then split into layers. Lightly brush each inner side of the pita with oil and place on the prepared pan. Repeat with all pieces, making sure they are in a single layer on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with the Parmesan. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
