Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

- 1 extra-large head cauliflower 3 pounds, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 heaping teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the cauliflower in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the oil. Toss to evenly coat. Transfer to a jellyroll pan and arrange in a single layer. Sprinkle evenly with the salt and pepper. Roast 30 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. If necessary, sprinkle with more salt and pepper and serve warm or use to make the following soup.
